This collection of projects demonstrates my ability to merge creativity, strategy, and consumer insight to deliver impactful retail and marketing solutions. Each project required me to analyze consumer behavior, identify market opportunities, and design strategies that balance creativity with business goals. Through collaborative problem-solving and innovative storytelling, I crafted solutions that strengthen brand identity, connect authentically with audiences, and drive measurable impact. These projects reflect not only my passion for fashion and retail but also my ability to adapt across different industries and deliver work that is both insightful and execution-ready.

Developed a five-year strategy introducing “Ross Reserve,” a premium sub-brand focused on sustainability and style. This capstone project aimed to diversify Ross’ customer base, strengthen brand equity, and drive 46.9% sales growth through innovative retail solutions and a Blue Ocean Strategy approach.

Developed a strategic brand extension and multi-channel launch plan for Aritzia’s luxury home collection, Arize, blending creativity with business strategy to position the brand in the home goods market.

This project developed a full-scale 8-week social media campaign for the Madhappy x Paris 2024 Olympic Games capsule collection. The strategy combined influencer partnerships, a Paris pop-up shop, and multi-platform content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to drive engagement, sales, and global brand awareness. At its core, the campaign emphasized Madhappy’s mission of optimism and mental health advocacy within the athletic community.
